Spa Max

I purchased a spa from spa max back in march of there was some damage to the spa on arrival spa max has been to my home at least different times to replace the damaged panels but each and every time they bring the wrong panels they were here again today july11th again with the wrong panels please help me to resolve this problem

I have tried to work with Ric's pool and spa for 2yrs They have fixed of many complaints One of the major problems is still not fixed I have a control panel that does not work with the other panel The pool heater is set at the lowest temp (60) and the pool heats to high 90s This is causing my electric bills to go sky high I have ask MANY times for a manual...none to date the brackets inside of the pool are rusting and causing orange to run down the pool interior The panel on the pool does not work all the time and does different things than the other side of the pool panel
