Dear Revdex.com Representative,First of all I 'd like to thank Better Bureau Business Institute for being the leader in creating trust between consumers and businesses.I, *** **, am the manager at Spa Nails We have recently received (9/6/2017) a consumer complaint dated 08/29/sent by Revdex.com;
therefore, we are addressing the consumer concerns in this written response.On 08/29/while we were serving our customers, a lady came into our nail salon demanding us to return her fifty dollars ($50) for the pedicure service she said was done on Saturday 8/26/at our salonOn a daily basis we serve many customers including regular patrons and new walk-insSince performing pedicure on her for the first time we didn't see any significant incident occurred on that day except a few unavoidable scratches often occurred on thin and sensative skinAs a nail salon business with professional licenses and long track-record experience we strictly follow hygienic guidelines and rules mandated by the Board of Cosmotology to ensure the health and safety of all customers, therefore we are confident that we serve our customers in the best possible mannerIn addition we carry business insurance to protect consumers in any mishap which might occur unexpectedlyIn our conversation with her, we nicely asked her to provide us the expenses including doctor visits related to the foot pain, which she suffered so that we can properly reimburse her for it, or the fifty dollars service refund, but she refused and walked awayDue to our business policy we can only provide reimbursements with properly receipts so if she is willing to provide that we are more than happy to do it for her.Please contact my by email: ***@gmail.com.Yours respectfully,*** **
