Have been unable for 9 months to redeem a gift certificate that I purchased. Sought refund, [redacted] agreed and has repeatedly failed to send refund. Purchased $90 gift certificate on 12/8/2012 for a one hour couples massage. Have tried repeatedly to schedule another appt. to renew certificate to be told that they are booked up months, and months in advance each time I call. Requested refund in August after calls repeatedly unreturned. [redacted] agreed to refund my $90 and never sent money. I've atlast r'cd a check for $60 after mentioning a complaint with Revdex.com. The check r'cd is not for the amount paid, or agreed to by [redacted]. Desired SettlementI am seeking the total amount paid of $90 for the couples massage that Spa Oasis has not honored.

I purchased a series of massage and facial packages and now the business has evaporated without honoring those credits or issuing a refund. I purchased a series of massages and facials, and one set was scheduled for today. I showed up and there was no one there so I attempted to call, but the number had been disconnected. I tried to go to the website but the domain is invalid now. Desired SettlementI would like the amount of credit on my account returned to me.

Did not deliver on services paid for. Requested refund multiple times does not answer calls does not respond to voice mail msgs.First off, this business has moved to 110 Iowa Lane, Suite 201 Cary NC XXXXX. I paid $200 for 2 facials and 2 massages and scheduled all the appointments. However, Ms. [redacted], owner, constantly changed the appts. The final straw was when she tried to change appt. a FOURTH timethe third & fourth time on the DAY OF THE APPT. Reasons: Third one: she forgot about a wedding so changed appt. to next day: that day she calls to say she forgot she had to take her son someplace. I told her she had poor business ethics and was wholly unreliable and that I did not want to re-schedule and that I wanted my money back for the remaining three appts ($150). Previous cancellations were calls where she sounded as though she was on her deathbed: she was sick; then next cancellation was because she got sick shoveling snow, then the forgotten wedding followed by having to again take her son someplace. She has horrible business ethics. She's unreliable, and basically just takes your money she's pretty much a scammer. Desired SettlementMs. [redacted] is unreliable. I want a refund on the remaining scheduled 3 services: Original payment: $200. Amount I expect to be paid back: $150. Business Response I mailed the check 3 weeks ago.
