I am rejecting this response because:This is not the case of what happened at the salon I asked to only pay for the services I have receivedThe person I was with has called and left messages for the owner and the staff told me they did not know who he wasI called a second time and was told the manager was out of town, when I called a third time I was given someone who was filling in. In reference to the situation since I was told I was a liar and Ivy went over the prices with me this NEVER happened, I would never have agreed to the price I was chargedThe person that I was also with Lisa has left messages complaining that she was unaware of the prices and to confirm they were never given to us at the time of service to date nobody has returned any of her callsAt that time she had asked for an acrylic fill not the gelI never demanded a full refund I asked for a refund of the services I did not ask forI was given the reason when I called after sending pictures of my nails that I was charged the amount of $because a lot of time was spent on meWhen I asked for a complete refund was when I was told I was a liar and nobody could give me the same answerI even went to the extend to call as a new customer and was quoted a price $cheaper than what I was originally charged, then when I questioned the price the person could no longer help meI am more than happy to pull my phone records to show how many times I have called Secondly I asked the young lady for the manager since she did not understand the ticket eitherWhen I was present in the salon your staff was throwing a birthday party and was too consumed with applying make-up, taking pictures, singing, dancing and eating cake. I was already in the Salon for over hours and had another engagement I had to attend so I was asked to call backHad I known this is the customer service I would have received after the fact I would never have leftI also asked the manager who I have spoken to three different people who claim to be the manager to please review the video tape and you would clearly see I question the bill and I did not receive the services I was charged forI was told this was not acceptable policy that the salon confirmed with other staff members and they confirmed your employees storyI would not agree to go back into the salon for the employee to fix the horrible job they did because I did not have time and I am not going into an establishment that calls their customer service liarsThis is not the first complaint this company has received about thisAt this time I would like my money back because nobody should have to go through this! If the owner would like to call me whoever that maybe I would love to speak with them and I can provide copies of other upset clients that have experienced the same issues I have Thank you *** *** ***.***

She fullyunderstood the salon’s policy was non-refundable. At that time she had asked for an acrylic fill not the gel. I never demanded a full refund I asked for a refund of the services I did not ask for. I was given the reason when I called after sending pictures of my nails that I was charged the amount of $97 because a lot of time was spent on me. When I asked for a complete refund was when I was told I was a liar and nobody could give me the same answer. I even went to the extend to call as a new customer and was quoted a price $30 cheaper than what I was originally charged, then when I questioned the price the person could no longer help me. I am more than happy to pull my phone records to show how many times I have called.

I would not agree to go back into the salon for the employee to fix the horrible job they did because I did not have time and I am not going into an establishment that calls their customer service liars. This is not the first complaint this company has received about this. At this time I would like my money back because nobody should have to go through this!
If the owner would like to call me whoever that maybe I would love to speak with them and I can provide copies of other upset clients that have experienced the same issues I have.
