I have received and read the response from SpaRelief While they did refund dollars, the discounted price I paid for each session because I joined as a member, I would've expected more from themUp until my chemical burn incident, I trusted the folks at SpaReliefHowever, when they received the Revdex.com report, they acted as though I had never told them about the incident nor showed them pictures because they refused to accept any wrongdoing and did not want to give me my refundThrough modern technology, I was able to resend the emails we had sent back and forth.
After a lot of lying, which, if you need copies of those emails, I have them, they finally agreed to refund 65.
I still want Revdex.com to post my complaint regardless of the fact that I received a refundNot only did they burn my face, they never apologized for doing so, and the process of getting a refund-dollars- which This situation was probably worth more, they lied throughout the entire process.
Please let me know next steps,

Review: I scheduled an appointment with [redacted] for May 12th with [redacted] for a facial. When I arrived, I was told that someone else would be doing my facial but that the master instructor would be there to assist her. I reluctantly stayed because I live forty minutes away from the spa. The master instructor analyzed my face and instructed the aesthetician to do a chemical peel on my face. I was nervous because I had never received a chemical peel, and I was confused because I thought anything with the word chemical in the name was for people with severe facial issues. I receive facials for maintenance, not for pimples or bumps or anything serious. However, I didn't ask questions, and the master instructor didn't provide any explanation. After the facial I was instructed by the master instructor to wear sunscreen. The next day, I woke to red bumps all over my face. Obviously, I was experiencing a reaction to the peel. I called spa- relief and the master instructor told me to put a cold cloth on my face. After a week of my face looking as if I had bad acne, I called again, but they didn't return my call. I sent spa-relief pictures of my face and asked them to help me. Now, The red bumpy reaction is gone, but They have turned to burn marks under my eyes and on my chin. This is ridiculous. I have never had issues with my skin. And I trusted the master instructor to instruct correctly.Desired Settlement: My face is now ruined. I would've expected a phone call with advice or explanation, or even an apology. Spa-relief has disappointed me. I would like my money back.
