I recently moved into my first home, and it came with an outdoor hot tubI had never owned a hot tub previously, and was just beginning to learn about caring for one when we moved inUnfortunately about a week after moving in, I noticed that the hot tub was leakingI was a little wary of calling in a professional to take a look at it, as I was still very much a novice and did not want to be taken advantage ofDespite my hesitation, I called Jeff as I had seen many stellar reviews for him onlineHe was able to come out and have a look at my hot tub, and we found that the seals on all of the pump valves were shot and leakyJeff replaced the seals, and also took the time to give me some excellent pointers on how best to maintain the hot tub going forwardHe didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need - he was just extremely helpful! We believed the broken seals to be the only cause of the leak, but unfortunately there was another leak elsewhere in the internal pipingJeff promptly came back out to take a look and provided me with a product to run through the water and pipes to plug any leaksThis worked perfectly, and the hot tub is no longer leaking at all - back in perfect working order! We have had SpaTec out a couple of times over the last few years for our very old Hot tub New heating element, new motor and digital top plateThey were very timely and every issue has been fixed with not further problems I would recommend them to anyone

I had failed to change a filter and it blew up because of blockage and saturated my steamer unit for the steam bath I call and since it was going to be a long distance service call, the tech talked me thru the process of replacing the mother board When I got the board, it was completely different than the one I was replacing I called back and Spa Tec drove from the West side of the state to Lansing and replaced the filter, mother board and got me back enjoying the steam bath

We recently purchased a hot tub from Craig's List and it needed some electrical work that other companies that I contacted would not touch, I was referred to Spa Tec. They did a fantastic job with the work, polite, informative, and on time. I have since had some questions about the tub since we did not receive 'instructions' with it, and through text messages got everything worked out. I would definitely recommend Spa Tec.

Was very grateful that they agreed to a contract with Canadian Spa Company Inc. This was my very first need for an actual tech visit on my swim spa.
Once there was parts ordered and he knew what to do the service was fast and efficient.
The general knowledge he shared about Home Remedy mixtures for cleaning was very helpful.
I pray nothing goes wrong with my spa again but if it does I will have confidence in the service I will receive.

Jeff from Spatec has been maintaining my spa for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Have had many compound problems which he has been able to diagnose quickly and repair with parts in stock on his truck, much more reasonably than the spa dealer. Broken heater on my hot tub in the middle of winter - YIKES! Jeff responded quickly to my call and was able to come out in a timely manner and fix the problem. Prompt and professional, will call him next time something breaks on the hot tub.
