[redacted], In response to the above mentioned complaint, please see the attached (numbered 1 thru 5) which includes the email string, copy of original $100 order, a copy of the issuance of the $15 bonus card and a copy of the actual bonus card.Page 1 – shows order being received by us on 6/**/2017...

at 11:50am Page 2 – shows us issuing and emailing the bonus card to [redacted] on 6/**/2017 at 11:29amPages 3 and 4 -  show the email string between us and the consumer Page 5 – is a copy of the actual $15 bonus card Our system automatically generated the bonus card which was sent to the consumer almost exactly 24 hours post-sale. As we have no control over the length of time it takes a consumers email service provider to deliver an email to the consumer, when prompted, we generally tell consumers two business days for delivery. On the odd occasion when an issue does arise, we find that the email in question almost certainly has been directed to the consumer’s Junk file and/or quite possibly the consumer could have inadvertently deleted the email.  That said, I would recommend the consumer check her Junk and Trash files for the email. The attached paperwork shows we followed company protocol and everything was done in a timely fashion. Accordingly, we believe the consumer was overly aggressive in filing a complaint and believe with a little investigation on her part, she will be able to easily resolve this on her own. If she still cannot locate the email, she can contact me directly via the phone and I can reissue the bonus card and resend to her while we are on the phone.I'm sure this email will show my Company followed protocol SincerelyCheryl R[redacted] - President/CEO

Review: Purchased two $50.00 gift cards as a gift. The gift cards issued were already used and in addition not eligible for redemption at advertised salon they were exclusively purchased for.Desired Settlement: To be refunded for my total cost of purchasing gift cards $85. If I have to go through with a civil proceeding then to be paid for the total costs plus any other monetary amounts I am entitled to per governing law.
