Bathroom Faucet
Received the Faucet and one of the pieces has a black piece that is broke. If I were to install it, the sprayer hose would break it off the first time we use it.
I have tried to call a couple of times this week and get a automated voicemail. No matter what option you choose, you can not talk to anyone due to high volume callers probably with a problem with there nonperfection products. So, you elect to have them call you back which ends up being the next day. They call you while you are at work and unable to talk. The first person cant help you so you get transferred to the next person which ends up being the previous voicemail that they will call you back.
As of right now, I would not give them a rating and would just say, Do Not Buy from this company. Nothing good about it.
They also put on there faucet box a quote that says, Perfection is Our Tradition.
After my experience so far and the comments I have read, This is totally not a good company.
If I was Home Depot, I would not be using this place on their website either.
Wow, you can not even submit your review without at least one star on the rating.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I bought nice ANZZI showers doors and we discovered that 2 little parts are the WRONG size. We did not discover this until the entire frame was installed. The incorrect size is 1/4", it needs to be 3/8" to accommodate the thickness of the glass doors. I include this part because it would have been missed by anyone checking parts at the beginning of the install.
Spa World Corp. CUSTOMER SERVICE is still leading me on / LYING to me about shipping the correct parts! I just want the truth, do you have them or not?! I WAS GIVEN a tracking number and The parts STILL have been not picked up by USPS ... 10 days ago. I have called them 6 times, they lied to me today AGAIN by giving me a "new" tracking number. I just realized it is the original tracking number from 10 days ago. So yet again, another customer service person lied to me. Meanwhile the shower door install can't be completed, which means the toilet can not be installed, which means my 80 yr father has to take steps to the upstairs bathroom...NOT GOOD! So frustrated! AND, I gave them my credit card # to do expedited shipping, I told them I don't care how much it costs! UGH!

As an installer i've been installing Spa World tubs for years and I am still very happy with the productsShipping is usually pretty quickExcept for one time when I had their 30"x60" model come in with a broken foot which levels the tubTheir support guys shipped a new part overnight and gave me solid instructions on how to replace itOther than that I never had problem with my deliveriesMore importantly my customers love their productsHighly recommended

This by far has been one of the most Frustrating companies I have ever dealt with.. I have been trying to get replacement parts for the Medi Tub that was installed. I spent over 2 hours on hold the first time just so I could order the parts, Then I spent another 40 minutes on the phone with the customer service rep trying to get the part ordered and give them my charge card information, and address of where to send it. After 10 days of not receiving the part, I once again called Customer service to try and find out what was going on. The new rep told me that they had changed systems and therefor my order was lost and did not ship.. They did however still have my P.O number, now if they lost my order, how did they still have the P.O number and not do a transfer to the new system and place the order. I had to give them all of my information again, and I was told that it would ship that day.. It has been 12 days, and I just contacted them once again.. Of course I was on hold once again for quite some time.. I was told this time that the part still had not shipped and they were sending an E-mail to the warehouse to try and get it shipped. This is extremely poor customer service, It should be noted that they did run my charge card right away and have my money... At this point I am questioning whether or not I will even get the parts that I ordered It doesn't matter what time of day you call, you will be placed on hold for an extremely long period of time, But if you want to get something you are forced to wait, There is no other way to get parts. They don't have a web site that you can order from or check the status of your order. This is a very poor way to run a business, I know that if I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. I would recommend that anyone looking for a tub of this type to keep searching, these guys are sketchy at best when it comes to service. I am only give them a 1 star satisfaction rating, because giving them a Negative Star is not an option on the menu board.

Spa World is the first place I go too when ordering a tub for a new jobTheir products are very well made which is why I use them so oftenAnd so far I am extremely pleased because I have not had one problem post installationThe customer service is awesome tooCrystal specifically has been a big help for one of my projectsShe made sure the delivery of one of my tubs got to my customer correctly so I could finish the job on time

Spa World, Medi Tub does not honor their warranties.
We purchased a walk in tub for a customer through Lowe's and the tub was defective.
This company would not let me speak with a manager after numerous requests.
They, after bugging and prodding started sending defective replacement parts.
We have 6 days invested in trying to resolve the issues with no success.
We finally had to return the tub to Lowe's.
We had to push our other jobs back 1 week and Spa World owes us $6,000.00 in warranty servicing of this product.
Dealing with them was horrible, run around, no solutions, on hold for hours, no call backs, can't talk to a manager, customer service won't talk to us.
The customer should have been without a tub for 3 days and now it's 2+ weeks and counting.

Review: We purchased a MediTub through our plumber and in less than two years it started leaking under the door. At first it was only when we turned on the jets. We contacted our plumber who has been dealing with the company for many months, to no satisfaction. One of the many "fixes" suggested by the company was to adjust the set screws on the door. Two of them were missing and there was a rattle inside the door. They also sent the plumber a new seal and it wasn't too short. Delays again. When they finally sent a longer one which the plumber installed, it leaked worse than ever. We requested a new door and again delays. They wanted the old door sent so they could make sure they had the right size on hand. Our plumber marked the door so we could tell if they just sent the old one back. They did, stating that they repaired it, but it's the same thing. We both have back problems and it's very frustrating not to be able to use this tub!! We don't blame our plumber and feel like the company should send someone out here to deal with this problem. They have a representative in the area, but he's just a go-between. Sending a new door would be nice, but we're wondering if they even have a replacement. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! Customer service is terrible.Desired Settlement: Replacement of door and if that doesn't resolve the problem, a new tub at no cost to us.
