Hi ***, please try and understand how we do our billingThe question at hand is for Jan& Febof please understand we always bill our customers a month behind, we do the work first and then bill our customersSo the invoice that they received in Janwas not for Janbut was for
Decso how did we service the spa at the end of Decwith 4' of snow on the grown( we serviced the spa in between storms and still we had to deal with 4' of snow on the ground I think my staff is to be commended ) we got 4' of snow on Dec26-we serviced the spa on Dec28-and removed the 4' of snow from the cover. On Dec30-we got 4' of new snowSo if the home owners visited there cabin at the begging of Janbefore we had a chance to service there spas and remove the snow from the spa cover, it's because they got to the cabin before we had a chance to serves there spa I have always In joyed *** *** as a customer and the thank you notes that she would in closed with each payment she has made, just saying think you for taking care of our spa(You can't ask for a better customer then that) In Janwe stopped using our spa maintain report sheet so we could become paperless so because of customer request our customers will beReceiving a have a report sheet each month PSIf I am wrong then I will be more then happy to refund there money to *** ***
