This guy was great! He called very soon after I requested a quote and even came out on a Saturday to install a new garage door opener. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very courteous and efficient. He gave me a couple of options for the opener, and I thought his prices were reasonable based on other quotes. I would definitely recommend this company.

Neal came out on a Saturday and fixed our door for $60. We had paid $325 to Overhead Doors of America about 4 months ago and they did not fix the problem. Then we had them back within a month of their repair and they wanted another $250 to fix the same problem. Neal even gave us tips to try and fix ourselves so we could save money if it was an easy fix. Neal came out because we could not fix it. He checked everything out and explained it to us. Totally awesome guy. He knows what he is doing and does not over charge. Neal is a small business owner, so I hope everyone supports him by using him for garage door needs.

I first called *** to have my broken spring replaced on my residential double car garage door. Overhead door said they would call me back in a few minutes. 2 hours later I called them back to see why they had not returned my call. I was told that I would need to make an emergency repair order, if I wanted repairs done this week. I was told that it was $124.99 plus parts, I told them ok, lets schedule it. Then Phillipe called saying that they were going to charge $124.99 per hour plus parts, most likely requiring 4 hours labor for the job. I cancelled immediately. (I do believe I was quoted an "I do not want to do the job price")
I would never steer anyone in the direction of ***.

He arrived at my house within the hour, installed both springs and replaced the center bearing in less than an hour, and only charged $280.00 for the entire job. Done. Quick, efficient and trustworthy. Our garage door spring snapped and my vehicle was inside and no backup vehicle. I called and had service the same day - after hours at no upcharge. Quote provided onsite with no service call charge, parts on the truck allowed for immediate service. This company was referred by another client and we are very happy with the service and pricing. Honest and fair, we highly recommend, would use again.

Fast friendly service. Free estimate. Came out on Saturday to survey to job and returned on Sunday to do the job per our agreement. Was very knowledgeable and did an excellent repair job. Actually went above and beyond the original agreed task at no additional charge. I actually ask if he wanted to up the charge because of the additional work but he did it was not necessary. I thought the price charged was very reasonable. He is not going to try to sell you more than you need.

Neil provided us with an expert review of our door's condition and the options we had for repair vs replace. We opted to replace with a hurricane-resistant DAB door and were very happy with the price quoted. Neil kept us informed about the schedule and door materials ordered and installed the door in just four hours (including removing the old door). The door is a wonderful upgrade for us. My garage door spring broke and my doir opener could not the 500 lb 18 foot wide hurricane reinforced door. I had never used Space Coast Garage Door before. I also noticed in his add tha he also gave veterans a break. I called hin and he said he would be there and fix it today. He showed up promptly. He was professional, courtious and knew his business.
