I went to Space Coast Harley Davidson on August 21, (Sunday)I asked one of the sales person that I wanted the best up dated Ultra Limited motorcycleI traded my Street Glide Special that I bought from that dealership for a Ultra LimitedI am a repeat customer and I had a few family members buy motorcycles from Space Coast HarleyI went to that dealership with a friend because she was looking to buy a used HarleyThe sales person that she was dealing with, informed her that the new Harley's are coming into their dealership in three daysShe was not interested in buying a used motorcycle, so again he mention that new motorcycles are coming in for her and to stop back in and look at themI found out on Facebook that the motorcycles came in at Space Coast Harley three days laterI immediately called Space Coast Harley and spoke to one of their managers there that I was not happy with the Harley that I bought three days earlierHe couldn't do much for me , but give me a free first serviceHe also claims that he didn't know when the new Harley models were coming inAfter my call with the Harley manager, I called my friend which came with me to vent out because I was not happy at all with the way I was treated, especially being a repeat customerMy friend told me she knew about the new motorcycle coming in three days later from the sales person who was helping herShe thought that I knew about the new Harley's coming inShe thought that I got a real good deal on the left over model, which I didn'tI'll be talking to the Head Store Manager tomorrow and hopefully he can do a lot better for me than the other manager to keep my business, family, and friends there at their dealership Follow up - I spoke to the General Manager Steve W [redacted] and General Sales Manager Scott F [redacted] a few days later in personBoth General Managers continue to lie to me that they didn't know that the motorcycles where coming in three days after I purchase the motorcyleThen why did ***'s the regular sales person knowThey refused to to do anything for me , but give me a free first serviceOn the day I purchase I purchased my motorcycle, Jon , the sales manager already gave me a$coupon towards my first service there, before I knew anything about the coming outAs you can see, they hardly did anything for me to compensate my very poor experience there

We recently purchased our bike from space coadt harley davidson We dealt with *** who was very knowledgable and by no means pushy He listened to our likes, dislikes and our disabilities and he found the perfect bike for us He is a great assest to your company We highly recommend our friends and family that are interested in a mc to go there and deal with *** for the best customer service!! please see to it that he is recognized for his outstanding customer service along with his fantastic people skills We would greatly appreciate a copy of this be put in his personel file Great job ***!! I bought a motorcycle for my husband as a Christmas gift. I was supremely satisfied with my experience at Space Coast Harley, and enjoyed the entire process. [redacted] was my sales agent, and he went above and beyond to help me with this surprise by arranging delivery, advising on parts, and throwing in some extras. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in buying an HD.

I traded my 2014 Street Glide Special that I bought from that dealership for a 2016 Ultra Limited. I am a repeat customer and I had a few family members buy motorcycles from Space Coast Harley. I went to that dealership with a friend because she was looking to buy a used Harley. The sales person that she was dealing with, informed her that the new 2017 Harley's are coming into their dealership in three days. She was not interested in buying a used motorcycle, so again he mention that new motorcycles are coming in for her and to stop back in and look at them. I found out on Facebook that the 2017 motorcycles came in at Space Coast Harley three days later. I immediately called Space Coast Harley and spoke to one of their managers there that I was not happy with the 2016 Harley that I bought three days earlier. He couldn't do much for me , but give me a free first service. He also claims that he didn't know when the new 2017 Harley models were coming in. After my call with the Harley manager, I called my friend which came with me to vent out because I was not happy at all with the way I was treated, especially being a repeat customer. My friend told me she knew about the new 2017 motorcycle coming in three days later from the sales person who was helping her. She thought that I knew about the new Harley's coming in. On the day I purchase I purchased my 2016 motorcycle, Jon , the sales manager already gave me a$200 coupon towards my first service there, before I knew anything about the 2017 coming out. As you can see, they hardly did anything for me to compensate my very poor experience there.
