Space Coast Honda's poor workmanship cause my Honda to break down on the interstate On April 21st, my wife was driving our Honda Civic to a meeting in Daytona While in route on Interstate I-North, she noticed smoke in her rearview mirror Fortunately, she was able to pull into a rest area She called me to come and assist her When I arrived, I found the car sitting in a puddle of oil I checked the engine oil dipstick and there was no oil in the engine (pictures are available) The rear of her car was covered in oil We called [redacted] and had our Honda Civic towed to the nearest Honda dealer The nearest Honda Dealer was [redacted] Honda in Titusville [redacted] repaired our car, stating the cause of the problem (see Repair Invoice), was the engine oil drain plug came off [redacted] stated the problem was probably a loose drain plug that loosened over time and finally came off We purchased our Honda Civic at Space Coast Honda We have alway

On 5DECi contacted Space Coast Honda about my GAP refund for paying off my car early I signed the paper, now they are not sending the form off On December 5th 2015, I contacted Space Coast honda I communicated with a Jacob J [redacted] and a Dustin, both in the finance department The form was sent to me and I sent it back with the obligatory signature I was informed by Jacob that he would hand it to accounting personally In February I called to check the status and was told I would get a call back Late February I called again with the same result In Mid March I went to [redacted] and they called Space Coast Honda and spoke with Dustin Dustin told [redacted] they would look into it and get back to either me or [redacted] That was weeks ago They owe me approximately $and I started this GAP refund process months ago, months after the car was paid in full early
