Total abuse of power and customer neglect
This business is HURTING and Preying on Austin community's.

My son Kasshad Hooks, vehicle was illegally towed last night 10/22/21 @ 8:28pm... even though we had a parking permit and it was registered at 8:14pm .

I have attached proof and showed proof that it was registered before it was towed. However, the owner Jason refused to release our vehicle and has NOT RETURNED ANY OF OUR MULTIPLE CALLS & EMAILS...

My property manager even called and spoke to Jason several times explaining the car was registered and had a valid permit, and that he was wrong for towing it... and he still refused to acknowledge the error and release our car.

We went to pickup the vehicle which was still registered... but was told there's NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE.

That we had to pay to get it out of the garage or send and email to customer service.

So, we've emailed... called and went there... yet NO ONE HAS responded to us..

Maybe, it's because we're Black or I'm a female. Or maybe this guy Jason thinks okay to ignore and abuse his authority as the OWNER and do what he wants because he's the Man in charge...

Either way... we're NOT taking this Tow Truck Bullying quietly!

There has to be some kind of recourse for operating this way... Jason with Space Makers Towing is literally stealing from people and holding their vehicles for ransom. Then blatantly ignoring people that are trying to get their vehicles back.

Villas Tech Ridge needs to Fire them for Preying on their Residents.

[redacted] may be a resident, his guest are not following the parking rules of the community and getting their vehicle impoundedWe did many months ago have a driver make a error on a tow, the driver realized his mistake, brought it to our attention, and we contacted the owner and released the vehicle back to themIt was the right thing to do [redacted] has another guest that recently got impounded and still had my personal number and called me directI did speak with him and he feels that since we had a driver make a mistake and we returned the vehicle that we should do him another favor and release this one for no charge as wellWhen I spoke with [redacted] I did explain the vehicle was not authorized to be on property and the impoundment was legal and justifiedBut as a nice jester I offered to knock $off the impounded and for him to have a nice dayHe wanted to argue with me repeatedly, it was explained to him that we do not argue with people on the phoneWe do everything by email so its documentedThat's why he has an email about the first vehicleHe didn't want to email our customer care team this timeI offered $again and said I will not argue over the phone with you that our storage facility staff would gladly assist him and his guest hrs a day days a weekI said good day and that was the end of our conversationWe take pride in our customer service, unfortunately he is upset because one of his guest got impounded.?
