The guest contacted us to receive a refund for their ticket purchase, and we processed the refund through our ticketing system immediately (the guest praised the Team Member that assisted them via email for their "prompt reply" in handling the matter)Though we initiated the refund right away in
our ticketing system, banks and payment processors take an average of business days for the refund to fully be reflected on the guest's accountThis is not unique to the Space Needle; most retailers and merchants experience a similar lag time between the time a refund is processed, and when it's settled by the financial institutionThough we have a no refund policy, we were happy to process the guest's refund due to their experience with usWe apologize for any misunderstanding in regards to how long the financial institution took to fully reflect the refunded purchase in the guest's account
