Their service is down on a regular basis and their support is nonexistentI've contacted them several times with no help I've been a customer of SAM Broadcaster Cloud for just over a year nowLately I've had so many issues with their servers being down that I've lost countI've emailed them several times and have received no actual support, just canned replies that it's been fixedIt's clear they care more about money than their customers because everyone else that offers what they do offer it for much cheaper (or even free) and are much more reliableThe downtime is killing my Internet radio station and has caused me a lot of aggravationThey don't seem that concerned, or else things would have been fixed by nowThe station is even hosted on a CLOUD service which right off the bat insinuates it shouldn't have much downtimeExtremely disappointed with their service

I have a yearly service with Spacial and I have not been able to get them to fix my account where I can log in and use my service
My service was working great all yearintel one day when I was no longer able to log in and see my service that I pay for They never have a working phone and only have you send them a support ticket on the websiteI sent them a Ticket and they told me that it was sent out side of there working hoursI waited days for a response and when they got back to me all they told me to do was change my password I told them I had no issue logging into the account but the issue was when I log in they tell me I have no paid services with them and its a blank web pageAgain I wait days for a responseand again they tell me I need to reset my passwordThis Time I send them a screen shot of the issue I am having Days later I get an E-mail that my password was resetand they send me a e-mail that they reset my password and tell me they where closing my case

Once upon a time I ran a small Online Radio station, taking donations doing gigs in a 3d chat platform called Second Life, and not to mention private parties in Real LifeIt was fun and I met a lot of peopleI used my hard earned cash to purchase software to run this Radio Station 24/it was legit, I purchased a Life Time key from Spacial Audio, yet come to find out it isnt really a LIFE TIME key per se...his idea of Life Time is only the life time of the program that no longer works on today's newer operating systems...so my $i spent on a Life Time key is gone for ever instead this guy from Spacial Audio wants to charge me another bucks for another "Life Time" key..see he wants me to give him more money to extend the life of a key I already bought and paid for.......is this fair business ? I purchased a product that did not exceed my expectations and the company is refusing a refund

I have been a long time user of Spacial's Software SAM Broadcaster Lately I have not been very happy with a performance issue I have been having, and their support team is treating me as a shady individual because of it Spacial's software, SAM Broadcaster, allows for three (3) computers to be activated with your purchased key I have computers operating the radio station I used to have three, but no longer do In the past when I had problems with activation that exceeded my allowed computers, I would email them Apparently my activation attempts looked like other computers using it, but its always been the same Computer They claimed the hardware ID changed drastically I talked to them to find out if any software conflicted, found out a few of them did and remedied the situation based on their suggestion which was removing that conflicting software all together Another piece of software I was told to add their program to exclusion lists No problem On 2/9, I closed t
