stated in your complaint, GDSK has not taken over [redacted] or its business. It is and has always been a completely separate business. To the best of our knowledge, Claudia D[redacted] is at this time the sole owner of [redacted]. We recommend that you reach out to [redacted] for your refund. Nevertheless, as noted above, we are sorry to hear that you believe you did not get the full value of your [redacted] membership. While GDSK cannot refund you for tuition paid to another company, we are more than happy to offer you a month’s membership at our school or at our 4 affiliated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schools, located throughout Brooklyn. Our schools have helped hundreds of women and men feel stronger, healthier, and more confident inside a safe and cooperative learning environment. We would love to have you join our community.
