Unfortunately when we sell gift cars, we do not collect clients names and add them to a fileThis would be the same scenario if you buy a gift card from any big box storeThat being said we do not contact outstanding gift
card clients as it is the clients responsibility to know they have a gift card, treat it as money and spend it
Also this client openly says she forgot about the gift card which is completely out of our controlWe do however have an expiry on our gift cards because they are sold as "service gift card" not for a dollar amount, which is legalWe feel as if this is the clients responsibly who received the gift card, to keep it in a safe place and use it before the expiry which is a full year from the date of purchase
We will not be offering any credit at this time
