Per our phone conversation this morning, I am emailing you regarding this situation that occurred at Spalon on
Saturday, May 13th.*** the daughter came in the day before and almost begged me to get a facial appointment for her mom* ***, for the next day , Saturday, the 13th.I felt bad and gave her the appointment for our club rate of $which we have over 3,members whom we should of saved for. I also told her their would not be no cancellation within hours.Long story short, anyone can tell her mom did not want to do the service the next morning because she did not want to mess up her make up and you can tell her back was bothering her.*** even left and told me to call her when her mom was done. At the end of the day, we tried every way to make her feel comfortable by she could not lay down due to her back.Once I was informed by the facial specialist, I called her daughter to come to pick her up. Before *** came back, *** was demanding and very loud in the spa area which was very crowded of people whom are getting services.When *** showed up, she seemed like she understood because she knew we went above and beyond to help her.So she told her mom to leave.At the end of the day, we have been trying for the past days to get a hold of *** and she finally got back yesterday to us. We are waiting for an address to send her the full check of $to her.We at Spalon are just doing this out of goodwill and moving forward.Thank you and please respond back that you have receive this email.***
