Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This business owner is not being truthful in what he stated As far as the refund, I am satisfied that [redacted] refunded my money; however the unethical behavior of the owners of SpaMassage for You should warrant a less than favorable rating with the Revdex.com Other consumers need to be aware that their vouchers will not hold any weight in this establishment Nowhere on the voucher does it say "limited availability" nor did it state that the consumer has the option to purchase an upgrade to be seen sooner Many companies offer upgrades at the time of booking, but upgrading is not the sole determination of getting a client serviced quickly Poor business ethics! Regards, [redacted]
I want to let you know that I had an appointment with SpaMassage For You and I got into a car accident on my way to the massage OH NO! I called them less than an hour before my appointment and they were SO sympathetic and rescheduled me for another day and timeI went back to SpaMassage For You and had the very best massage and continuing to go back
In reply to this complaint: Below is how we at SpaMassage For You replied to this customers concern. This reply is on one of the largest social media companies in the United States. With regards to a refund for the purchase. This is something she needs to take up with the
third party company she purchased it from. Very discounted third party coupons have limited space and availability times. Her business was never refused, in fact we offered her a free scrub for giving us a review as we do appreciate when people give us reviews on social media. We would hope they would be good reviews, but she did take the time to speak about us, so we are a business of our word. We also did offer her husband to come and see the therapist of her choice for a very discounted price well before the time line of the next coupon availability and she refused. We also told her that the second part of her coupon would definitely be honored in weeks:
We appreciate your review on *** First of all we would like to honor our promotion for a free foot scrub for giving us a review on ***.
I am sorry for the confusion regarding our policies when you came in on July 2/ We explained to you about our loyalty rate program $per hour, prepaying for massage in advance to get a great discount with the therapist of your choice (no contract) You stated that you did not have the funds that day, so we worked with you to get the payment by the end of the next business day and you thanked us for being understanding
Unfortunately, we did not hear from you within that time period so our verbal agreement of the loyalty member discount became void, but you are always eligible to pay for our full priced massage of $per hour which you declined as well
Members of our spa loyalty or not (pre paid or full priced services), will have first opportunity to book their appointments with the therapist of their choice within to weeks depending on availability Coupons that are highly discounted receive our newer therapists looking to build their client base Based upon the availability of these therapists, we are booking about weeks out
We offered your husband the loyalty rate pricing to see *** to get him in sooner but you declined this as well
I am sorry that your expectations were not met, these are our policies, and we wish you the best of luck finding a spa that meet your needs
Regards,
SpaMassage For You
Please check out all of our reviews on ***. We have amazing reviews and the review that we have are primarily from coupon purchasing clients who are looking for a great deal and do not understand that this is an advertising leader to try and get them in our door. There is usually a month deadline on these coupons and as a business we have the right to put them in a time whenever we like within that time frame. There is no guarantee that we have to schedule them with day, a week, weeks, etc. It depends upon availability
Thank you

This business owner is not being truthful in what he stated. As far as the refund, I am satisfied that [redacted] refunded my money; however the unethical behavior of the owners of SpaMassage for You should warrant a less than favorable rating with the Revdex.com. Other consumers need to be aware that their vouchers will not hold any weight in this establishment. I am sorry for the confusion regarding our policies when you came in on July 2/14. We explained to you about our loyalty rate program $49 per hour, prepaying for 1 massage in advance to get a great discount with the therapist of your choice. (no contract). You stated that you did not have the funds that day, so we worked with you to get the payment by the end of the next business day and you thanked us for being understanding.
Unfortunately, we did not hear from you within that time period so our verbal agreement of the loyalty member discount became void, but you are always eligible to pay for our full priced massage of $59.00 per hour which you declined as well.
Members of our spa loyalty or not (pre paid or full priced services), will have first opportunity to book their appointments with the therapist of their choice within 1 to 2 weeks depending on availability.
