I returned the merchandise on the advise of my bank, as I had filed a dispute of the charges.  The company called me upon receipt of the returned goods.  Their initial intentions were to refund the charges for the fabric, minus a restocking fee but I insisted that I, at least, be refunded the entire amount, since it cost me an additional $8.00 to return the fabric to them, bringing the total for shipping at $22.00 for fabric that I couldn't use.  I still believe that their company practices are deplorable.  But I thank you for attempting to resolve the matter.

Review: I wanted to order one (1) yard of a certain material but was told the order had to be $20.00 or more so I was forced to add an additional half (1/2) yard, which I did not need. When I got the material, it was balled up and thrown in a box. It was also not the color I needed and I was charged $15.00 for the material, which was and is not the issue. I was also charged $14.00 for freight. When I received the material, it was not the right fabric or color. I contacted the company on this date, Monday, 9/**/14, to obtain information about returning and refund. I was informed that they do not refund under 5 yards of material. However, their invoice makes NO reference to refunds being denied under 5 yards. It says: All claims must be made with 10 days after receipt of goods (which I received fabric on Friday, 9/**/14). The fabric cannot be cut or altered or changed from condition when it was delivered, which it has not. No returns accepted without prior authorization but no language pertaining to 5 yards or less. I realize that I could not expect to receive refund of the freight charges but I do expect a refund for material that I cannot use and which has not been damaged and/or altered in any way.Desired Settlement: Refund of entire purchase price.
