The complainant made a false report. Our rules and regulations for all events, concerts and prizes won via the radio station are published on our Mega 97.9 and Amor 93.1 website. The complainant won tickets in March 2016 and was given her tickets August ** 2016, because the concert was on Sept *,...
2016. Most of the concerts we promote, are not our house concerts; we have to wait until the client mails us the tickets, and they are allocated into our systems. All contestants are then called 1 or 2 weeks prior to the concert upon verification of their information in our promo suite system. Contestants can't just show up to the radio station claiming a prize we have not received yet, which is why we call them once the prize is in our possession. The complainant claimed her prize and at the moment, we have a copy of her passport and NYS ID with a release of liability form she signed once she received her prize. Review: I purchased a tickets to see my favorite artists this company announced for a concert. Basically the following artists Chayanne and Camila didn't show up. This is a fraud because I bought the tickets to see them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back.
