Review: I went in for a Brazilian Blowout treatment with [redacted] & had a terrible outcome. She was sweet & reassured me that the treatment would work & that she guarantees her work so I didn't have hesitation. I wasn't blind to the process because I had done a lot of research prior. The whole process took almost 2 hours (including a trim). I was getting ready to leave & she said I cannot wash my hair for 72 hours! I called her & she sounded concerned & wanted me to come back into the salon. We had scheduled, but I forgot I had other plans so I had to cancel it. I text messaged her pictures like she requested & she told me she needed to see my hair in person to try to figure out what happened. I asked her how long I should be blow drying my hair & she said 20 minutes! That was my normal time prior to the treatment for blow drying so I was shocked! She called me to talk because I sent her the link to the Brazilian Blowout website when I confronted her about the "72-hour wait" & she said "that's not correct. 72 hours to wash your hair. I used the actual Brazilian Blowout brand"... READ MY FULL REVIEW ON [redacted].Desired Settlement: Corina told me prior to getting the service that she 100% guaranteed her work. Overall, I'm really disappointed & I don't believe she ever used the real Brazilian Blowout treatment on me. Requesting a 100% refund.
