Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all I did not break the window, [redacted] the maintenance man broke the window, and I asked the manager Alma at least different times to please fix the window, they never didSecond of all they have my incorrect address of my [redacted] , the correct address is [redacted] [redacted] ***You can verify the address with the USPS and you can ask [redacted] the maintenance man for verification of him breaking the window and lastly ask the management to show you the invoice of the payment to the repair of the window and see if the can produce one Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** *** vacated on April 10, Left his apartment cleaned but was charged for a broken window located in the living room*** * ***s Glass Company replaced and charged $Also charged final water billing thru move out date $This are the only things he was charged
for at move out. A final move out statement was mailed to the following address ** *** *** *** *** ** ***. Mr*** has already submitted payment for $each to National Credit SystemsNot sure why he didn't receive final paperwork that was mailed out
