Mr [redacted] is completely correct, his refund was overlooked by our accounting department because of the nature of this particular situation We have cancellation procedures outlined in the policy and those were not followed The only correspondence received was in the form of a complaint from the Revdex.com, which is Spanish Service Center's first complaint in years of being in business so, needless to say, we were a little unprepared for this situation We are sorry for the oversight and are sending the refund today (08/18/2017) to Mr [redacted] at the address he provided us I have attached a copy of the check as well.Also, Mr [redacted] paid installments of $plus an initial installment of $for a grand total of $ This amount is what is being refunded to Mr [redacted] .We hope that this matter is now closed in respect of Mr [redacted] and Spanish Service Center If there is anything else that Spanish Service Center can do to further assist in complaint # [redacted] , please notify

[redacted], I just did not get t he attachment for supposedly the check sent to me on the 18th like stated in the resolution. In the resolution it says a  copy of the check was attached and there is not such attachment of a copy of a check. I just want to see it as stated.
