Zero stars if available, no idea about the product haven't tried it yet, but the service and the lack of them informing you it goes to a month to month subscription is utter ***They have someone call you to sell the product to you if you don't finish signing Up for it online then tell you they don't call people to push their product, the guy on the phone was pretty *** convincing since he knew all about the product and company and the email he said was going to be sent arrivedBut no according to the company they don't do thatThen having to fight with them to get a refund even if you want to return the product for a 100% refund they will fight with you to keep the product and only refund 50%I finally had to get angry with the supervisor, practically yelling and minor swearing before they agreed I could return the product, once it arrived within days of their shipping it, and get a 100% refundNever been so infuriated in my lifeHad to cancel my credit card

I only authorized shipping charges from my account to try the product - I did NOT AUTHORIZE an additional charge of over $and want you/them to return my money today!! I too was HAD for $89. My Mother is not computer savy, but does have a Skype habit with all her kin. She heard about the products and ask if I would look into it.
I saw nothing about full value on anything. So I went ahead and sent for the two samples. $40.00 a sample..? Happy Mothers Day, I say.

I, like many of the other complainants had an experience wherein I ordered a " free trial" of their Pristine & Vitalita products agreeing to pay shipping and handling charges only. There was no mention of returning after a trial period, and no mention of having to pay in excess of $133 CDN, which was charged to my account almost a month later. I received a $93.35 USD credit which should reach my account within 30 days maximum. Bad way to do business!

This company is out to take advantage of people. They offer a free no risk trial and in the very small print it says the "free" sample must be returned within 14 days of ordering or you are obliged to buy the product for $89.91. How can that be free and if you didn't understand then they don't care, you are still billed on your credit card. I called to complain and after a very long exhaustive argument they agreed to refund me 1/2 the charges even though I was fooled into believing this was a"free" trial. What a terrible business.

Wanted to try this well I received 2 oz on May 2. I'mn the 18 I was charged 89.91 for 2 oz of a product that's first Ingredint is water. Never knew I was receiving a 30 day supply 2 ounces no refund unless product is returned. Do not try I m not in the habit of ordering a product for a trial an expected to pay 90 dollars
