Spanky's Care Wash & Oil Change

Review: On Feb 17, 2014 I went to Spanky's Car Wash and Oil Change to get an oil change. I attendant was [redacted] and his oil technician. Jose also recommended the transmission be serviced. In handling the transmission flush, my tranmission was damaged to the point it was not driveable. The transmission had to be replaced. I was told by [redacted] I could rent a vehicle until the repairs were done on the transmission and they would reimburse the cost of the rental and cover the cost of the transmission work. The vehicle was repaired within a week and when I picked it up, I also turned in the invoice for the vehicle rental which costed me 874.68. It was during the snow/ice storms and I needed a SUV. Which is also what I drive since I commute from Bridgeport, CT to New Haven, CT for work. I was told by [redacted] several times that the check would be on it's way, that the main office mgr was in meetings, out on vacation, etc. etc. I called back in beginning of April to find out [redacted] and his technician had been fired. I then dealt with [redacted] I've been back and forth with him now and still no reimbursement check. My last contact to him was a few days ago where I asked for the Dist Mgr's name and tel# of which he replied that HE would call him and have the dist. mgr CALL ME; NO CALL and NO CHECK as of yet. I do not have a credit card so the rental cost came from my personal funds set aside for monthly bills. I am late on my car payment because I have not received this reimbursement that I should have received within a week or two from the incident. It is going onto 3 months come next week. I need help in resolving this matter and want this to be recorded as an official complaint. I have seen some reviews online and see that others have had similar problems with them doing damage to vehicles. I appreciate your most expedite actions on this issue. Thank you. Review: workers pushed my mirrors in when not supposed to. mirror broke off due to the fact. workers said they didn't push the mirrors in and the scratches that resulted in the mirror getting broke off were from the past. when they weren't. When I ask to speak to the owner of the establishment I was told I am not allowed to. I then called later that day and was hung up on.Desired Settlement: driver side mirror paid for and installation.
