Non-pushy, efficient and great quality of cars! Dean S [redacted] our salesman new a lot about all of the cars on the lot and listened to what we were looking forI was looking to downsize from a SUV to a car and lower my monthly paymentBrad did a great job negotiating how to roll in what we owed on our Cadillac into the new loan, and securing a year 100,mile warranty on a FocusI also had my year old with me and she was entertained by drawing on one of the cars, playing with the birds and all the employees Great experience!

Low class cheatsThe kind of dealer that cheaps out of everything till you give upExampleFloor mats in trunk are cheap aftermarket that do not even fit carNever received promised extra key and manualTold you are getting run flat replacement tires only to arrive and some no name crap regular tires on carNumerous issues with car that took weeks to repairGave up and had my local BMW dealer fixNo loaner cars availableIf you want a trust worthy dealer that sells honest good cars, this is not your placeTrying to be a high class import, just another cheap and steal dealerBuyer Beware!!!!! UPDATE After my negative review Matt from marketing calledAfter explaining the problem he stated that these things were promised so they need to uphold their end of the bargainI had hope they would be decent about thinksI have NOT recieved a single item we talked about This is really a dirt bag dealerI'm sure they have a few good cars but it truly is not worth the risk of buying hereThey have lied, not followed up with their promised service and the items they have completed are done so poorly I have had the local BMW dealer reserviceDO NOT BUY HERE!!!Go to a reputable dealer

They were the absolute WORSTIt all started the moment we walked onto the lot and one of the salesman was hiding the keys from my salesman because he had a customer that was also interested in the vehicleThen when they can't seem to be found, I am then accused of sticking the keys in my purse and not remembering that I had done soI should have walked away then, but I was really interested in the vehicleThen we pop the hood and see a TENNIS BALL SIZE of corrosion on the battery!!!!! Are you kidding me!?!? And this car was checked by the "ASE MECHANICS"????? When the purchase has finally gone through, which took an insane amount of hours, because they were completely under staffed, I was able to drive it home (Saturday)By Sunday afternoon all the problems starting to arise, the wiper fluid wasn't squirting out, the front door squeaked, and the CD player were brokenThen the icing on the cakeMonday morning on the way to work, I am stranded at the gas station because my check engine light has come onWhen I get it checked turns out the gas tank sensor is brokenI would like to know how, if they did this entire overhaul inspection of this vehicle before it was put on the sales floor, how did something like the wiper fluid, broken CD player and giant ball of corrosion go unnoticed by the mechanics??? When I finally get someone from the office on the phone, there is no available who one assist me, but I can leave a messageI've already left At this time I demand to speak to someone because I need a resolution, not another voicemailFinally, they say they will fix all the problems and eventually they do, after different times and much arguing to get it done correctlyBut that in itself is a whole different storyI would avoid this place like the plagueSHADY SHADY SHADY!!
PSI came to found out that they have had different Service Managers since January (SEVEN!!!!!) ( I bought the car in July, that means, each manager lasted a month)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Worst experience of my life
I fell in love with a car advertised on Spanos Motor's Web SiteSpanos is in Florida & I live in California so I was very concerned with buying a car long distanceThey assured me 75% of their sales are all web based and long distanceThey promised they stand behind their cars 100% and offer a day warranty to help alleviate this very concernThat is a complete lie
I was told the car was inspected and reported to have zero mechanical issues and a couple minor cosmetic fixes that Spanos promised would be repaired prior to shippingI purchased my car and it took a solid month to deliverI finally had to arrange the transport truck myself and did so in day at half the cost Spanos was quoting
When my car arrived, several of the cosmetic repairs had not been doneThe 1st day driving my car the Check Engine light came onThe repair cost me $1,To have all the cosmetic repairs done that they promised to do (but did not) cost another $I am out $2,and they have refused to reimburse me for the expenseThey won't even talk to me, but rather have the Parts Cashier relay the message of "No" to meThey did offer me $for the $1,Check Engine Light RepairWhat a Joke!
Also, my car registration paper work arrived AFTER the temp tags expired with an apology letter attached
Spanos offers no warranty, no matter what they promiseYes, I have paper work for the Warrenty - It is uselessDO NOT BUY A CAR LONG DISTANCE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

I also had my 4 year old with me and she was entertained by drawing on one of the cars, playing with the birds and all the employees.

we bought a 07 Jaguar XJ8 with 64,736 miles we bought on 10/21/14 on 10/22/14 took the car back to spanos because the air suspension failure light went on .they said they replaced control arm bushings.and that the rims have to be balanced they had the car for 2and a half days .on 10/25/14 took the car back to spano all the speakers did not work so they said they replaced all the speakers then back to spano on 11/10/14 for speakers,abad vibration in the front end they had the car 3 days pick up the car and guess what they said they fix every thing will the car strills has the vibration and the dam speakers strills don't work I'am not happy I want to get another car from spanos but they will not call me back and looking at some of the review this is a common issue with this dealership
