Review: On August 10 of this year I mailed a rebate slip and original cash register receipt as requested to receive a $5.00 rebate for purchasing two 750ml bottles of Flip flop wine. When I had not received the rebate by November 10 I called the [redacted] number and spoke with a person who gave his name as Ryan who indicated the rebate information had not been received. As I have been told this several times in the past when I send rebates to alcohol related companies I do not believe this excuse and would appreciate the help of the Revdex.com in securing my rebate. I would further appreciate your highlighting The Wine Group as a purveyor of this scam to determine if they have or will in the future do this trick on some of their other customers.
