Dear B.B.B.,
I am rejecting this response because all of *** *** statements
on his response were falseHe was the one that was drunk which is why he was
not able to perform the job that I hired him to do When I hired him he
specifically told me that
he was coming with 3-guys to complete the job within the time frame of days
that was agreed, but the two times that he came it was by himself and not with
the other workers that he claimed he was bringingThis is the reason why I
asked him if he wanted my handy man to help him, and no, my handy man was not
drunk nor on drugs as *** falsely claimed, *** was the one under the
influence and he should seek some type of professional assistance for his
issues before he injures himself on the job or someone elseAlso, on the first
day *** only worked 5hrs and painted a small portion in the front of my house
and it was a poor job and the 2nd time he came he only worked for a half hour
smoked a cigarette, drank coffee and left, so he only worked a total of 1/
hours; Therefore, I don’t know how that justifies him keeping $of the
$down payment that I paid him when it's common sense that the total of
$1,that I was paying him to complete the entire job was to be
distributed amongst the so called other workers that he was bringingThis
further proves that he is a liar and likes to con people out of money I’m not going to keep wasting my time writing
back-and-forth about this nonsense. Let
him keep the $that he owes me because he probably needs it more than I
do, but keep this complaint on file so that other potential customers do not
get scammed by him or give him money upfront without him completing the job he
is hired to do
