My wife and I joined Tripzilla in March and have had a terrible time getting in touch with their "customer service" I have logged over thirty phone calls (with messages left) with only one returned and one answeredI then resorted to emails and have had a little better luck but only get responses about 50% of the time and it is NEVER on the same day, regardless of time sent Not only are we very disappointed in the "customer service" but will definitely be encouraging anyone to save there $and book it themselves It has been very frustrating waiting for returned phone calls, email responses etcwhen we are trying to make plans and have to wait until we get in touch with someone

My wife and I went to a presentation in Lexington KY, not knowing really what to expect. From the minute we walked through the front door we had a great and relaxing experience. The front desk lady was great and very polite. The building where the office is located is beautiful and it was so easy to find! But the real reason for this post: we joined the membership. We were with 5 other couples and we were the first to become members. Two other couples also joined with Tripzilla as well. Bottom line is, this company will save you money. We have already recouped the cost of our membership on booking one trip and a cruise we have booked in the fall. The service is great, all I ever have to do is pick up the phone. Usually people don't go to the Internet to post positive things, but I wanted to let everyone know how happy my wife and I are with this company. I recommend Tripzilla to anyone.

I have been a member since June 2014 & began shortly trying to use Tripzilla to book trips for me. I tried unsuccessfully to reach them by phone and e-mails - it would take several days for them to return calls if at all. I paid $5,995 for their services & have received about $718 in rebates. They promised around 20% rebate and it amounts to about 8% or less. The real problem, though, is that I can seldom reach them & when I do, they don't follow through with their promises. Currently, I have been trying for 2 weeks to book a trip that I could have done myself in one day. I went to their office in N. Myrtle Beach this week & it is closed. My next step is to seek legal action.

It has been very frustrating waiting for returned phone calls, email responses etc. when we are trying to make plans and have to wait until we get in touch with someone.

TripZilla is GREAT!! I love my agent! Always so attentive. Money well spent!!
