PRODUCT EATS UP BATTERIES RATHER QUICKLEY, AND THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY

I had bought the Illumibowl Night Light back in 2017, and since then there has been issues with the product. I've had 2 replacements after the original product, since they have a lifetime guarantee. However, in the past month, it has been faulty again, and I've contacted them for another replacement. So far there has been no response.

I purchased a germ fighter Illumibowl and it never worked quite right, but it worked minimally for awhile. I contacted the company to exchange it and received a form to fill out and mail back with the product (and a shipping address) to get a new working product. I paid to have the item shipped to the company and never received any indication of a new one shipping and never received a replacement. I at this point would like my money back for the item and the shipping (which I still have the receipt for).

I ordered four products from Illumibowl Nov 17, 2017. My credit card was billed that day however by mid-December 2017, I had not received any shipping information or the actual products. I tried emailing and calling the company to track my purchase many times and had no luck until a week later finally received an email saying this:

"On my side, I took a look and it said it was shipped. I took a look further into your order and I can't seem to find a tracking number. So I am not too certain it is actually being sent out. There is a chance that your order has been lost in the warehouse. I will need to put you on our replacement list which will be sent out soon. To confirm this action please email me back with the amount that you ordered just to be sure I get what you need. "

I immediately wrote and just asked for a refund. To date, I have again tried to contact them multiple times. I have not had any response, I have not had a refund yet I have paid for products and not received them.

I purchased a Christmas version of the Illumibowl and it does not work. It runs for 2 hours and stops working. I replaced the batteries with brand new ones, twice and same issue. Have asked repeatedly for a refund and I receive an email that says "we do not do returns". I told them that is fine, I do not need to return it, but where is my refund? Asked multiple times and no response to my emails. The total is $10.29 that I am asking for.
