They canceled the order because they have no eta on when the new weed trimmers will be availableI am not happy that I ordered this product in May and found out months later it was out of stock at the time I had ordered it with no etaI waited all summer only to find out in mid-August they still don't have them in stock and my order had been canceledThey called to ask if I was happy with the resolution and notified me at that time of the order cancellation but the caller didn't know when the order was canceledMy feedback to them was to put on their website the product is out of stock and let customers be notified by email when it is available as many other businesses doThen customers don't order the product and have the problem I had
