We clean the house of this lady, her house it was terrible, my lady's work an extra hour to clean in the first cleaning( we dont charge extra) after the cleaning with the same crew, she don't like how was the floor done, l send the lady's back to cleaning again, she send me an email that she need all the step of cleaning, l send herThe next cleaning she cancel the service because we don't do all the steps to clean her house, we have her Key but we mix with another key, l call her to spot by her house and give her the right one(we need to trie in the door of her house l tell them),same day l call her in the evening if l can go to her house to give her the key, she tell me yes, l ring the bell and came one guy and tell him l came to return the key, he tell her l was here, and trie the key in her door and give him the right one(October Around pm)A month later she call me to request the service back, but she will mail the check late because she will pay on Friday and the cleaning was on Wednesday( l tell no problem), she tell me the lady's do a wonderful cleaning, the next cleaning my lady's have an car problem and can't clean her house (November 6)the lady's was late so l call her hours late to apologize an reschedule, an give her 50% off the next cleaning, she don't call me again.This Tuesday, December 22, she txt me that she have one key under the Mat that it don't work and she need the key back, so l call the lady's who do the cleaning last time and they tell me she open the door last cleaning and they dont have any key, l explain the Custumer l personal return the key two month ago and the last cleaning she open the door for the lady's, she tell me have one key under the mat, l tell her it not mine, if she want put in the Garage, she tell me will report with Revdex.com, l tell them why, l return the key and this key is not mine,and she tell me any way, she will repor with Revdex.com and don't txt again
