I signed up for Ldssingles I have been a member there for a month and have had person message me in that time I signed up for ldsplanet with the same profile and got messages my first day on I've continued to get contacts from that website consistently Ldssingles needs to be updated and is not user friendly There are not many people using it I signed up for this website a few years ago for a free profile and the format was almost exactly the same as it is now Why has this business not updated their website and made it more user friendly? The other website that I signed up for was cheaper and I have had much more success there It seems like LDSsingles is just sitting back collecting very high fees for a very poor dating website In my opinion they should offer a refund if they are not going to deliver the service they offer I'm going to tell all my friends how poor their service is

I am very disappointed with the unethical practices of Spark Christian Mingle. They took money out of my account without prior authorization. I used a trial version of their product and was not satisfied with the results. I contacted customer service several times and was given a message they they were away from the phones with no recourse for reaching a person. I sent and email asking them to return pending funds and they said they do not issue any refunds for their service. I have not used the service for months and do not feel they have a right to take money without notifying me in advance in order to give me the chance to cancel the service. Sincerely upset with their disregard for the people they are supposed to be helping.

THIS IS A RIP OF! They billed me more that double. I have spoken to others, and this seems to be a typical occurrence. .I called the customer service and they were unhelpful. They claim that it was an auto renewal, but would not provide any information as to why. I would stay away from this scam!

LDS mingle is a rip off, I had a lifetime membership and they canceled it because they said they changed the rules. After I paid for a lifetime membership and accepted their terms and agreements, they change the rules and cancelled my membership and kept my money

I tried Christian Mingle and it did not work for me. When I initially signed up I asked for the auto-renewal to be deactivated and it was not... Christian Mingle said that I did not do this so they charged my card 89.96 dollars for nothing. I did not authorize this charge. I called them as soon as the transaction took place asking them to refund the charge. They declined to fix this problem so I am contacting Revdex.com and fraud dispute through my credit card.

I joined ldsmingle and paid for a lifetime membership. They cancelled my membership and I am still alive. Now they want me to sign up again. I made the mistake once........not going to happen again. Stay away from this site.

Never, never get involved with Christian Mingles. A total rip off and con artists. I took a $3.99 offer to look over the individuals on their site and they had the nerve to charge my bank account a year's subscription of $123.93. I would never take a year's subscription without knowing what they had to offer. Really disgusting. I called them and they had the effrontery to try to sell me a few months subscription. I am still working with my bank to get this bunch of crooks out of my bank account by having to change my credit card number. Before you use any of these kinds of sites check the Revdex.com. you'll find that many others have been taken by these crooks. They should be put out of business. Christians indeed!

Very bad, had scammers on this site asking for usernames and password, don't join Christian mingle

I joined Christian Mingle expecting a positive experience. I have done other dating sites and never could find anyone that was not a [redacted]. Being a Christian, someone in my church suggested CM. After joining it wasn't long before I figured out it is no different than other sites. Lots of scammers and jerks.
I have emailed them several times about concerns I had regarding-
*Why do they send me matches that don't match what I am looking for?
*If I get an email telling me someone "smiled" at me, I cannot see it.
*They released information to another member who I was not interested in, that I would
have not chosen to share with that member.
*They have no filters in place to filter out members who are not who they say they are
and they also allow people to join who aren't Christian.
*I have repeatedly asked for my money back, even pro-rated, and was told several
times they have a no refund policy although terms of service agreement say that if
your profile gets deleted by them, they will refund.
This franchise is only out to benefit themselves using God and Christianity as a guise.
I would highly recommend staying away from this site.

I joined lds mingle. there are NEVER any people online to talk to. The 1 match they sent me was 2000 miles away. I canceled immediately after being propositioned inapropriately many times. Then The site charged me almost double what the monthly fee was after I canceled. I had all the verifying paperwork printed, so I was able to get the second payment refunded.It was not even a legit payment was almost doubleed and was not even close to a renewal date.

JDATE WILL DRAW FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO USE MY CARD. EVEN AFTER CANCELING MY CREDIT CARD THEY CONTINUED TO DRAW FUNDS. I HAVE PROOF VIA EMAIL THAT I CONTACTED JDATE TO BE SURE TO STOP DEBITING MY CREDIT CARD. SCAM ARTISTS!!
