February 3, 2015To whom it concerns,I am responding to a customer complaint we may have had here at Sparkle car washI did take the time to speak to our manager Rapheal who you have claimed was involved with this situationRapheal claims he had explained to the customer the day of the incident that we have a policy here and we are not responsible for any loose items/and or partsThere is a sign out back before you enter the building stating our policy and what you as a customer are expected to do before you leave your car in our handsI will attach a picture of our sign to prove as a company we do advertise our policyWe have many cars that go through our tunnel daily with tire covers on the back of their cars and if they are loose they do blow off at the end when the blower turns onIf the cover is fastened properly it will not blow offWe feel that the customer should contact the dealership about her damages, they were the last people to have touched the tire in the back as she stated in this reportIf you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at the above numberThank you,Heather U Book keeper

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I went to the dealership and talked to the manager who confirmed that they had not found the car tire cover to be loose Not only did he confirm that the car tire cover was on securely after the oil change, he offered that it is possible that during the 'prewash', in which a worker manually brushes the exterior before a car goes into the car wash, that the worker may have loosened the care tire cover It is illogical and reaching to point the finger at the car dealership when something obviously went wrong at the car wash It was an almost brand new tire cover, so the possibility that it was aging is also out of contention When I called, the manager, Raphael, was rude and did not even agree to talk over the possibility that he was at fault I did not bring the car in with a loose car tire cover, so their claim that they are not liable 'for loose items' is not valid as it wasn't due to my actions, but theirs, as they are the ones who did something to make the cover loose I am new to the area, and in all my years of owning this car, this has never happened, so I know it's not common or usual The absolute disregard and blaming of others is atrocious here, and I hope they are held accountable for their actions If you look on web sites, you can see others who have complained about this same sort of situation, but perhaps they didn't bring it to the Revdex.com's attention, so this car wash has had their fair share of these incidents Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern,Please accept this as my response to customer compliant ID ***I apologize for the late response but I was out of the state on emergency business needs and did not receive your correspondence until my return late last week.On October 2nd, at approximately

I am rejecting this response because: my father is the one who took the car to be serviced when I seen car the wax job was very bad and the car had not been vacuumed correctly , the car had not been cleaned correctly inside , there was spots on the car which had not been washed or waxed , in between the seats next to door had not been vacuumed , the control panel for gas gauge was dirty and spotty I spoke with the person who was cleaning it and he was very rude and standoffish I advised him when I called to get quote of price I was told $was for everything wash wax full dressing they did not state there would be an additional charge for these extras or I would have gladly paid to have my new car done right the money is not the issue of spending on the service it is the attention to detail and the poor customer service the person had and the misinformation I was given over the phone there also was no air freshener applied , and a dried food stain was left on my passanger door so it just irritates me that this business which I had took all my cars and my clients at the Hospital also go to would do suck a lousy job

February 3, 2015To whom it concerns,I am responding to a customer complaint we may have had here at Sparkle car wash. I did take the time to speak to our manager Rapheal who you have claimed was involved with this situation. Rapheal claims...

he had explained to the customer the day of the incident that we have a policy here and we are not responsible for any loose items/and or parts. There is a sign out back before you enter the building stating our policy and what you as a customer are expected to do before you leave your car in our hands. I will attach a picture of our sign to prove as a company we do advertise our policy. We have many cars that go through our tunnel daily with tire covers on the back of their cars and if they are loose they do blow off at the end when the blower turns on. If the cover is fastened properly it will not blow off. We feel that the customer should contact the dealership about her damages, they were the last people to have touched the tire in the back as she stated in this report. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at the above number.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The detail & history that George stated occurred is 99.99% ... blatantly false.  If what George has stated had any real measure of truth ... then why would I need to do any of this?  The events & details were and are as I have stated and provided to the Revdex.com in my complaint.  I have maintained "ALL" the call logs, documents & other pertinent paper trial regarding the same and live in a home where my car is seen everyday by my family.  I also provided both George and Ken with a "detailed" estimate which included the cost directly related to the tow hitch cover.  Again ... because "I did not request the "RT" items" that the dealer repair shop listed, I instructed both George & Ken to remove them.  I previously told George that prior to retiring, I was employed "specifically" in
the arena of monitoring expenditures - and that I was not going to let
anyone charge more to repair my car than it should be.  One dealer wanted $100 plus just for painting the two hitch cover - I didn't submit that, I kept researching.   "I took
additional steps" to make certain the cost was reasonable.  With that in mind, it is not George's place to direct me where I need to take "my vehicle" to have it serviced for repair.   What is George's thinking ... if you take it to "our guy" we will fix it - otherwise we will deny it happened??  Interestingly enough, I think if I had been willing to take it to "his guys" - this would probably be all over.  My car was damaged at Sparkle Car Wash as I have stated and have photos of the same.  As it relates to George's claim that the Sparkle Car Wash facility does not damage cars ... that is in fact a lie.  I submitted to the Revdex.com on Dec 23, 2017 (via fax) a history of online reviews (from the period of Sept 2, 2017 to Nov 27, 2017) of other customers complaining about serious damages to their vehicles, which I retrieved "from Sparkle Car Wash's [redacted] Home Page" and one damage incident from [redacted] ... ironically enough that occurred on Oct 1, 2016.  These customers share a similar experience with me in the lack of response and addressing damages done at Sparkle Car Wash.Again,
I am seeking the resolve as listed in my original complaint regarding the same.
