Review: My husband's dry cleaning was to be ready on Friday, December 4, 2015. The items were dropped off on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. These items are needed for a meeting to take place early in the morning on Saturday, December 5. Around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, my husband found a sign posted on the business door stating that the store was closed due to a family emergency. The store is normally open until 7 pm. When I called one of the other branches to make arrangements to get my clothing, I was advised to call the owner, Stephanie.

I called Stephanie explaining the situation. She said that she knew the store was closed because she had a call off and someone had to go home. She told me that my only option was to be there at 9 am the following morning. I told her that would not work because we have to be somewhere before 9 am. Again, I was as advised we would have to wait because there was nothing else she could do.

I find it very unacceptable that provisions were not made for customers to retrieve their clothing. I also do not think I should pay full price or anything at all, for that matter, because Sparkle Cleaners has a scheduling problem. I told Stephanie that I should turn her in the Revdex.com (based on this and past experiences with lost clothing), She told me, "please do".Desired Settlement: I think this store should negate all charges for this order.
