Review: I purchased a coupon through [redacted] to have my 3 bedroom townhouse cleaned once. I called Sparkly and Shine a few times before I could get to actually speak to someone. They could not come to my house before the coupon expired but said they would honor the deal after the expiration date. I emailed to them to try to set up an appointment. They emailed me a form which I returned. I never heard from them. I called multiple times and emailed but I never heard back. I tried to get my money back from [redacted] but since the deal had expired they will not refund my money. I saw other complains on Yelp about the same issue. I would like them to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded
