Review: So I play for a flag football team and we needed to get some Jersey's printed which we all split the cost of. The business in question was going to digitally transfer the logo image on shirts we provided them with. Promising us we would have this in 7-10 days. Over 2 weeks after receiving them they tell us that the digital transfer won't work on the shirt material provided and they would have to do a screen print instead. This is two days before our first football game. The guy gives us his word we'd have them saturday. One of the team members goes in and he says the logo artowrk is complicated and he needs to pull it apart to make the screens etc, but he can get it done by end of day. Same team memeber goes back a bit later and he informs him that the shirts are in the process of printing and only shows us a border of the actual logo, not a full proof. So once again leave and go back to get a box of jersey's that have so many flaws and printing problems it's absurd. Things that are supposed to be the same color are different colors, there's white blotches all over the logo, it's too small. It was a picture of a pig with one horn and the logo now had three horns. All in all a bad job that we paid $432 dollars for in cash. The next day we go back when they open and explain our dislike of the job done and are first only offered the digital transfer to be placed on cheaper material. After some debate we got a verbal agreement in the store that he would rush order us new shirts and give us a full refund so we could go somewhere else to get it done right. Two days later he tells us he can no longer do that and can't give us anything back and if we don't like it to get a lawyer! Spoke to him today and he denies ever agreeing to the refund, and after 90mins on the phone he only agreed to offer us 50% back and had the nerve to tell me it was our fault, even though he admitted it was his mistake. We have no idea how to get our money back and we believe he takes cash in order to avoid paying taxes.Desired Settlement: I would like to execute the verbal agreement he gave us on Saturday September [redacted] 2014 which was that he NEEDED to have us collect all the wrong shirts back to give him for a full refund. At this point I don't even care if the shirt material is replaced. We just want our money so we can get the job done right elsewhere. We are approaching the 3rd week of our season without the jersey's we paid for and it's just not right to bully us.
