Sparkletts Water

Stay away from this company. You cannot cancel the account. I have spent about 5 hours over the last month trying to contact them to no avail. They slam you with more water than you order. They do not credit you with the bottle deposits they slam you with. This is a prehistory business in need of a class action suit!

I have never called when there wasn't a ' heavy call volume. I have tried email and they will not return all emails.

Just stay away from them and avoid the days of wasted time you will inevitably encounter.

They sent me emails of delivery dates and NEVER showed up. Tried to call, no luck. Tried to email, no response. Try to use online account there was an error message. Please please avoid this company until they get it together. I’m sick of it and now I have a bill I cannot pay.

Awful service (wasted so much time and rescheduled around their time as they are never available until we got our first delivery). Awful delivery service (The deliver guy finally made it to our place after multiple planning and missing his delivery dates. The delivery guy agreed there is something wrong with the machine he delivered but he said we have to call in for replacement!!!!). Awful products (their water dispenser makes way too much noise and it made with very cheap plastic and looks ugly and above all it does not work properly).
We called in for service and they gave us the run around wasting our time.
Don't waste your time on this brand.

I accidently sent the amount of my car payment to Sparkletts water, a payment in the amount of $281.00 instead of the $3.25 account balance. I called and was told there is a process for a refund and it takes 4-6 weeks. I asked if they could hurry this process and make an exception because of the circumstances. Today, 10-14-2014 I received a bill for $70.71 that they expect me to pay even though they haven't refunded my $281.00. They again informed me the process for a refund is 4-6 weeks and if I don't pay my bill when it is due there could be late charges.
