I am very sorry to hear dear doctor was not satisfied with the way he was dealt by the managerAs a professional he should have contacted the owner and cleared up any misunderstanding

I would like for him to know that it is not a cheap car wash that we offer to our customersWe do have a drought in California and due to water restriction we had to put in this new state of the art systemThe system uses Reverse Osmosis and nothing cleans as well or as safely as LammsclothOur employees work very hard and with a smile on their faces with weather being so hot latelyHe feels the car wash should be shut down does he realize that the employees at the car wash will be out of work
The owner did speak to Loma Linda student affairs and did apologize for the way the manager dealt with the situationThe manager should have not gotten in a verbal match with him (doctor) for which we at car wash apologizeWe did mention to student affairs to let doctor know that he can bring in his cars with the passes *** we will honor themAlso, we did offer FREE washes to Loma Linda employees for the first two months of putting in the new system as a thank you for their business
I only wish he((doctor) would have come to the office and spoken to the owner to resolve the situation
Also, we were not compensated for the previously sold washes under Hand Car Wash USAHowever, we will honor the passes
Again I reiterate please let him know to bring in his wash book and we will honor the washes left in the booklet

I am responding to incident that occurred on Saturday November around 10amWe reviewed the video of the vehicle in questionAs the vehicle enters and exits the tunnel the vans passenger side rear view mirror is attached to the vehicleThe customer pulls out of the tunnel and
parks on the self service side to vacuum and dryIn the video we can clearly see that the passenger side rear view mirror is attached to the vehicleAlso, the customer never mentioned that the antenna was damaged to the manager at the time of occurrence
We have been washing SUVs, Vans and cars for over years and have had no issues with the side mirrors in the tunnel we use soft lamms cloth which does not damage the vehicle
