The Customer purchased a Special offer through [redacted] consisting of hours of Cleaning Services that my Company runs periodicallyWe provided the hours of Cleaning Services to the member, as agreedAfter arriving at the house, my crew called me to report , as required, that there wouldn't be any way to accomplish the customer's demands within the hours she purchased, due to the extremely bad conditions of the house at the timeIt would need at least double or more of the time so I gave instructions to do all the best she could in hours or even moreThe customer didn't agree to pay for the needed extra time She spent hours and did all she couldThe customers called me after to complain about the floors not being cleaned as she expectedI offer to send the crew back, at the customer's convenience to spend and extra hour, for FREEAt the scheduled day, my crew was minutes late when I received a call from the customer, yelling and using al kinds of [redacted] and language of low level on the phone which I didn't think I had to hear so I hang upI then proceeded to get in the car and drive to the house to try to resolve the issues in person only to be insulted and yelled atAfter my apologies and trying to make it better I realized that it wouldn't be a way to come to an amicable solutionI called [redacted] and authorized them to issue a refund despite their policy of no refund for services renderedThe customer has already being refunded, so nothing further to ad We are a very hard working people, customer satisfaction is our main goal all the time We go above and beyond to achieve that and hundreds of happy customers all over the State and over straight "A" reviews on [redacted] and other sites talks louder than one single person impossible to satisfy

We have been customers for years and years and have always been very happy with the care and attention that they give our home We have kids, cats and a dog so we are probably one of their more challenging clients but our house is always perfect when we come home Everyone that we have come in contact with is reliable and hard working and we have recommended them many times!

A[redacted] has sent several different cleaning people to our home over the years and we have been very happy with their service. She is always accessible and quick to respond to any issue, very flexible and accommodating to our scheduling needs. Her cleaners have always been friendly and polite. We trust them to have access to our home and have never had any problem with anything missing or broken. They have always been happy to do anything specific that we ask for. The fee is very reasonable and better than the others I considered.

I have been using this cleaning service for a while now and I am extremely happy with their work, they are always very polite and willing to work with me if I need to change my schedule, the crew that come to clean do a wonderful job, my house always looks ad smells wonderful when I get home. I also trust them completely to be in my home while I am at work.

Review: When I spoke to [redacted] ahead of time, she asked for a brief overview of what I wanted done & if I would be willing to pay for extra time if her cleaner deemed it necessary. I didn't think they would have any incentive to finish in a timely manner if I agreed & said I would think about it and let her know.

I was not informed that the person doing the cleaning would not speak English so we couldn't communicate anything when she arrived. Had I known that, I would have given [redacted] much more specific instructions. The woman that came was on the phone for the first two hours of the cleaning. My husband received a call from [redacted] asking if he wanted to pay for extra time and he declined stating we really just wanted the floors and cobwebs around the light fixtures taken care of and that it appeared she would be able to do that. After the cleaning woman left & my bathroom and kitchen floors had dried there was a thick white residue all over them.

I contacted [redacted], & let her know about the condition of my floors and that her employee was on the phone for the first two hours of the cleaning. She immediately became defensive and argumentative, shouting that the girl she sent out had been on the phone with her and said that there was no way that she could clean my house in four hours. I told her I wasn't going to argue about her employee being on the phone when she, [redacted], was not there. That I called about my floors & did not think it was right that I paid to have them cleaned and would now have to clean them myself. [redacted] then proceeded to argue about the fact that the girl could not have been on the phone for two hours. I restated that I was calling about my floors & asked what she was going to do. She said she would contact the lady to see what was used on the floors and would call back.

[redacted] called back again yelling again, that "her girl was on her hands & knees cleaning my floor and was not on the phone for 2 hours." I asked about the floors and what she was willing to do about the white residue. She said she'd come to my house herself, with the maid, to see the aftermath allowing another half hour to rewash them.

My husband and I gave her a date that worked for us and she said she would contact her girl and let us know. We had to call the next day to confirm.

After waiting a half-hour after the appointment and still no sign of the cleaner and [redacted], my husband called. She stated that it was her fault that she forgot about our appt and that the cleaner would arrive at 10:30am. An hour and a half after she should have been there. I thought this was unacceptable, she forgot, did not contact us and is wasting more of our time and now she is not going to show up with the maid, when [redacted] was the one that insisted she would be there. I called [redacted] and asked if she was coming with the cleaner, to see what had happened to my floors. She then proceeded to scream at me saying she was going on vacation and had doctor's appointments and a bunch of other nonsense that had nothing to do with the service she had promised to provide and of which I had purchased. None of this was relevant and I told her that this isn't how you treat customers to which she hung up on me.

I immediately contacted [redacted] where I found this awful "deal" to figure out my next course of action, she called back and I did not pick up.

After hanging up with [redacted], I saw the cleaning woman by herself, walking up to my driveway. She was on the phone, stopped as she approached the driveway and went back to her car. I assumed she was just going to leave. Another 15-20 minutes later, someone WALKS IN MY FRONT DOOR. My husband is in the kitchen saying "you are not welcome, please leave." [redacted] proceeds to OPEN MY FRONT DOOR AND PEAK HER HEAD INTO MY HOME. I walk up to her stunned and ask what she thinks she is doing. I inform her that I contacted [redacted] and that I wanted nothing more from her, she wasted my time and money. At this point my husband decided to clean the floor himself since it could have been done four times over at this point. I told her all I wanted was a refund. Knowing that I contacted [redacted] she was suddenly apologetic and capable of having a conversation. She asked if she could come in and see the floor. I showed her where my husband did not mop yet and pictures that I had taken of it. There was so much residue, [redacted] actually thought my grout was white, it is actually dark brown. She asked if we wanted them to clean it again and I said absolutely not, my husband has been cleaning it this whole time and that I'd like a refund. She said fine & that she would give one through [redacted]. Turns out she did not. In response to my complaint on [redacted] she reverted back to being defensive & making false accusations about what actually happened, calling my husband & I liars, that our floors were clean & refusing to give us a refund. Truly dispicable behavior from said "business owner."Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to give me a refund as she herself, looked me in the eye & promised in my kitchen.
