Found information about Knight Plumbing on Revdex.com Website; phoned the company to ask for an appointment, very helpful person answered the phone and when I asked for an appointment the lady did not push an appointment day or time but left it totally up to me to say which day.. The Technician was at our house at the arranged time; 9:00 AM. The Technician took the time to explain exactly what had to be done; approximate cost, when it could be done. Everything was explained to someone who knows nothing about plumbing and heating that I knew what the company was going to do and why it had to be done.
To be honest, person answering the phone to the technician, service was and is

Had a problem with my furnace. Company said guy would be there 1-4 so took afternoon off. Guy turns up at 5.50. Goes down for 10 mins and said it a filter problem. Felt embarrassed but pleased nothing worse. Then gives me bill for $204. They quote $75 for service call but what they don't tell you is that it's really $204. The guy then said he should be add another $139 as its late! BTW next day the furnace wasn't working and it wasn't the filter! He was taking photos after he did his job which I now realize was because he expected to come back and charge again for the work he should have done the first time!!!

I ran into a problem with a DIY project: the old PVC pipe leading to a toilet that I was replacing sprang a leak and was going to cause enormous difficulties for me. Obviously, I can't replace the supply pipe so it was time to call the Big Guns. Knight Plumbing sent a serviceman over who is without question the best plumber I am ever going to find. Period. His name is Daniel (Dan) and he totally restores my faith in the idea that customer service is a really good idea and is still subscribed to by good people in the trades. If you could clone this guy and put him out there you would move plumbers up to the top of the opinion polls as far as respect, hard work, good value for your dollar, quality control, sound advice to prevent future mishaps, and just a thoroughly decent guy to do business with.
Excellent people and service. Very knowledgeable and personable. I am impressed with how quick they are to follow up. They will be our first call for future service.
