After completing my investigation we have determined the damage caused to the customer's rim is not consistent with his claim 13.5pt;">He stated the tire rubbed the guide for most of the length of the car wash and he had heard vibrations and grinding noisesThe damage to his rim is isolated to one spotThis contradicts the customer's theory that the damage was caused by our equipmentIt is very likely it could have been caused by a pothole or hitting a curbUnfortunately we will not be repairing or replacing this customers rim and tireBest regards, Wash Depot Holdings, Inc Lisa [redacted] Customer Service Manager

I am writing in response to the above complaint.  I had returned her call she left for Joe [redacted] on August 26, 2015.

Ms. [redacted] explained that she was unhappy with the service as well as she believed we damaged the tint on 3 of the windows on her 2004 Hyundai Sonata.   Ms. [redacted] stated that one of the rear window tint was beginning to bubble prior to visiting our wash.
 
We will agree that there was and still is a disagreement regarding the cause of the tint damage but we are willing to address this and possibly come to a settlement with the consumer.
 
I asked Ms. [redacted] to e-mail me some photos of the window tint. I forwarded those photos to my Director of Operations.  After he reviewed the photos he agreed with our Regional Manager that we were not 100% at fault but would be willing to compromise.
 
On September 1 2015 I e-mailed the consumer (see below) and have not heard back as of today.

listened to his concerns. I apologized and thanked him for his feedback and assured him that I would have his refund for the amount of $17.99 processed. The refund was processed on 10/2/15.  This was a monthly membership fee that he had been charged in which he washed his vehicle three times that month.  The customer stating that our equipment is broken and that we don’t put soap on the cars to wash them are false allegations. However we take all customer feedback to be valuable to improve our daily operations to ensure that we are providing great service. I have also attached a receipt of the refund.  If you have any further questions concerning this matter feel free to contact me.
