This company resurfaced my pool and put in pavers on my pool deck in There was a rebar stain on the inside of the pool surface which this company said they would absolutely fix with the resurfacing It has come back and they now claim that the warranty does not cover this as it is due to settlement The stain was there BEFORE the resurfacing, settlement has nothing to do with it I have since had two other pool companies look at the stain and both have advised me that the stain was not handled correctly, surfacing was not the answer So I would not recommend Sparkling Kleen to anyone that thinks that a warranty will be in effect Mine was a negative experience from beginning to the end and then several years later Warning!

Their technician came out to inspect my Rheen pool heat pump because it was not working Upon his inspection, he informed me that this pump was dead and I needed a new one He then went on to try to sell me a Pentair heat pump which started out at $and went up to about $5,
I decided I wanted a second opinion if I was going to spend that kind of money I hired Alex Machado of Alex's pool heating and Air Conditioning and within minutes he identified I needed a new capacitor and had it working in no time The total coast was $
When I called Sparkling Kleen and told them about this, they said I still owed the entire $for there visit No negotiation or willingness to compromise I felt ripped off by them and don't recommend their services

After interviewing five different pool renovation companies I chose sparkling clean to do the work on my property. Sparkling Kleen did an extensive renovation at my house from excavating and replacing the driveway and front walkway with pavers all the way through the front doors of my courtyard pool home and renovating the existing pool deck with pavers. They also resurfaced the existing rear lanai floor with pavers as well as existing cement pads outside the rear lanai door and the side garage door with pavers. They removed the front screen door and the rear lanai screen door and shortened them to accommodate the height of the new papers.They cut out the old 1 inch drainage system from the perimeter of the concrete in the courtyard and replaced it with 2 inch drainage vents. All of the other companies that I interviewed merely wanted to put a 2 inch drainage system that would drain into the old existing one inch system and [redacted] the owner of Sparkling Kleen, said that was the wrong way to do it. They added bullnose around the edge of the pool and resurfaced the 10 year old pool. I am very pleased with the process that they follow from my initial contact with [redacted] with his design advice through the completion of the entire renovation. Everything went very smoothly like clockwork. we couldn't be happier.

I had my pool resurfaced by Sparkling Kleen Pools at the end of 2014 and I made the mistake of not being present during the work. They punched a hole in the screen at the back of the cage and placed the hose on the lawn which killed the lawn and created a depression in the back yard. They also placed a hose into the side yard which created the same problem.
About 10 months after the work was done a stain appeared at the bottom of the pool which over time continued to increase in size. I called the owner at Sparkling Kleen Pools and he assured me that stain could be fixed, in fact he was 99% sure that it could be fixed. I agreed to let them try a repair although I told him I had reservations because it was going to be costly for me to have them "fix it." I rescheduled a flight to be present so they would not kill the lawn again and obviously had to pay to refill the pool.
The stain is back after 2months and growing rapidly. Sparkling Kleen will not return my calls and I'm left with the same problem. The only difference now is that I had to pay a few hundred dollars for an aggravating useless fix... Caveat Emptor..
