I brought my month old son to the emergency room to be checked for an ear infection on 06/11/His left ear was sensitive to the touch , and had clear drainage His right ear had been draining yellow and greenI saw Michelle HWho told me that there was nothing wrong with him , and there was nothing she could do to help usShe was extremely rudeWhen she touched his sensitive ear and he cried , she blew it off and said he was just whineyShe implied that maybe I don't feed him and that's why he is fussy She looked in his ears and said she didn't see anythingAfter she left the room his right ear started oozing yellow and green again so I requested that she come back in the room and look againShe told me spit was draining from his ears (whatever) and she stood by her first statement that nothing was wrongShe said I was welcome to go somewhere else and get a second opinionI did Just thatAfter sitting at Mercy for hours my son was diagnosed with an ear infection in BOTH earsThe Drat Mercy also said his right ear was extremely swollen , almost to the point of needing to to put a wic (I believe that's what he called it ) in to separate the skin so it wouldn't closeI was LIVIDBecause Michelle talked to me like I was an it , blew me off , said "well you can poke him anywhere and of course he is going to cry" when I touched his sensitive ear to show that it hurtI will NEVER go back to sparks or recommend anyone go thereThank you Michelle H
