Beware , very BAD HONEST company , he is able to removed all feedback from e bay to stay at 100% (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did what their web page said to do and that was to enter my zip code to determine shipping her in a copy of the invoice of my payment showing the shipping as $0.00
And further more the heading of the email reply from the company is as follows "BAD RUFUND AND SERVICE"
Explain why they should put that heading unless they knew they were in the wrong? If you want I can send you copies of all the emails I even told them why I was ordering the seats for my wife who is coming home from overseas and I found her favorite car and was making it nice fore her I even asked where else to find seats of the same price and he told me if it wasn't for the $400 shipping he would send the seats but the shipping is more than the seats cost so I ask if you sell something and I follow the directions on your site then why should I have to be the one the get the short end? However, we still tried to work with the customer to have it sent back... as long as part was brand new and unused. We received the part back with the box and part clearly in used condition. Rather then reject the return, we sent the part back to the manufacturer to see if they would inspect and relabel the part as new. We have kept in touch with the customer regarding the situation and now the customer decides to open a BBB case to bad mouth us when we have been more then helpful trying to accept a return 7 months after the purchase date? Because of this, we will send the part back to the customer due to his actions of calling us a thief. issue occurred during the holiday season, it has taken additional time for the manufacturer to issue a return authorization but we have kept the buyer in contact the whole time and will continue to do so until the RMA authorization is issued.

I will let it be known that this seller employs unprofessionalism in that my personal information is being threatened. I guess I will have to make that matter myself if this channel doesn't want to. We are still confused as to why this case is even open. We have read your response and I think there is definitely a misunderstanding. You are claiming that WE sent you an email with the heading "BAD REFUND AND SERVICE" Look at your email records, YOU sent emails to us with that heading, why would we send you an email with that heading, does not even make sense for a seller to write that to a buyer. I can send you all copies of receipt as well.
Once again, YOU did not read the important information regarding our free shipping policy before checking out. Sure, it let you check out with free shipping because our system is set up for orders in the 48 state USA only, which is exactly why we put the important information clearly visible during checkout to avoid any issues. If you did not read this before checking out and complaining about it now, there really isn't much more for us to say.
As for our response to you that we would love to ship your seats for free if we could, we were doing YOU a favor by telling you if we would try and accommodate you and ship the item to you for free even though free shipping is valid for 48 state USA customers only, however, because the shipping was double the price of the seats, there was no way we could make an exception for our customer in this case.
Please stop blaming us for something that we clearly state in our free shipping policy. We did everything correct as a business and tried our best to take care of you even though we could not fulfill your order.

Bad business model, rude customer service. This place is obviously some guy who works on the weekends out of a storage unit reselling items. He doesn't know his product and uses deceptive selling practices.

Lie? Con artists? Back orders happen all the time. In fact, the part you purchased is showing in stock on some of the largest automotive companies on the internet. Do you want to call them scammers also?
Let's not make any more lies, you state you waited a couple weeks above, you purchased this on August 22, 2014, I fully refunded you on August 26, 2014 as soon as Spec-D notified us the part was out of stock.
In conclusion, we have no idea what this Revdex.com claim is all about. You placed an order, we refunded you when we could not fulfill it. We apologize again we could not fulfill your order.

Sparktec Motorsports did issue a refund, and quickly which is why I am satisfied.
Sparktec's response is also accurate that there are many other websites selling discontinued/unavailable merchandise to customers to include CARiD, realtruck.com, streetbeatcustomes.com, protuninglab.com, kdcarstuff.com - to name a few.
None of have the products in stock: CariD even lists the item as AVAILABILITY:IN STOCK on their site.

I called the manufacturer and this part has been discontinued/unavailable for over a year according to the customer service rep.
I still feel that advertising/selling a product to someone which you do not have or can acquire is dishonest & unprofessional, but the problem seems to be an industry standard.

We have nothing more to add to this case then what we have already stated to the buyer. What the buyer will not tell you is he has tried to file a lawsuit as well as open a Revdex.com case against the manufacturer. Because of this, this is beyond our control now regarding the warranty claim. The manufacturer has now requested the buyer to work directly with the manufacturer in handling this matter.
