this complaint has no merit as I worked more than enough hours to earn the and the complainant has no room to complain as he got more work done than he paid for and I lost too much time and money on the job and therefore chose not to
continue therefore I will not refund any money and sorry if mark is unhappy but he does not have a valid complaint and is not due any refund.he only complained after I left not while I was working

I do not agree because I have a signed proposal from Mr *** that says he will supply materials and labor to complete the work identified in the proposalKnow where in the proposal does Mr *** specify anything about a set number of hours that he would work in order to complete the specified workOur agreement was that I would pay $up front and $upon completion of all the work on our signed agreementMr ***, in my estimation, completed less than 1/of the work and then asked me for more moneyI told Mr *** that our signed agreement states clearly that he would receive the remainder of his money when he completed the workMr *** never showed up again at my house to complete the workHe did not have the courtisy to notify me so I contacted him and he mentioned I should find someone else to complete my workFurthermore, the little work he did was such poor quality that I had to have another electrician do it overI feel the professionalism displayed by Mr *** was terrible and I wish for anyone inquiring about his practices would be able to see how I was treatedAgain, l have a singed agreement from Mr *** which he did not fulfillI would like my $returned, but more so I want potential clients to see him and his company for what they areHe obviously low balled the bid in order to get into my house where he could attempt to extract more money from meI'm sorry but this practiced is unacceptable
