It is a scam now they called Spartacus International same earn fee scam

Review: We hired this company has banker to facilitated a loan for the development of a project, they requested a $310,000,000.00 dollars to cover for their services, due diligence and related fee of the loan provider. They expected to fund the project 90-120 days after and never did, they provided the escrow attorney with the documentation from the provider to received th related funds, but the provider that supposedly was a different company was them self, the attorney never check the documentation and or the authenticity of the provider request, the money went to the same account of Spartacus Partners? or [redacted], owner. The loan never occurred and 1.5 years later we cancel all contracts, and ask for our money back, they said they will refund our money less the $75,000.00 earn fee of Spartacus efforts for a total of $225,000.00 even that they never did anything, and all is what is call a "earn fee scam" we never received a penny, they have done this to multiple companies.Desired Settlement: We request all our money back for a total of $310,000.00US, plus interest over the past 2 years.
