[redacted]'s complaint is entirely untrue. Spartan provide full written answer's to all of Mr. [redacted]'s questions. In addition, Mr. [redacted] has hired a lawyer to assist him in this matter, and Spartan has been fully cooperative with that lawyer, answering all questions and providing documents....
From the beginning, Spartan has handled Mr. [redacted]'s matters professionally and will continue to work with him and his attorney to help Mr. [redacted] understand his investments.
Dr. [redacted] is correct. I am continuing to work with his attorney. I recently sent him a draft agreement, and he emailed today to tell me it looks fine. I expect we will work through final details within a few days.
