Over pricing customers and rude customer service
I came here to file my taxes and was charged 1019$ in fees for a simple return with 1 job. I was not shown my fees or paperwork before being able to sign. I was told I would receive a text about a refund advance within 24-48 hours and that was almost 3 wks ago and I've still heard nothing. When I call about the fees the same day I filed I asked to cancel it and they said I couldn't do that. When I called about the text that I never rexeived I was told to wait longer and then hung up on. When I asked for their bank info to call myself they said they didnt know the name. They wouldnt even give me the owners name and number. These people are very rude and I have submitted paperwork through the irs to get this return stopped. This palce is a rip off to hard working people and something needa to be done! When I sent them a message and voiced my concerns I was blocked from their page even though they are literally stealing 1019$ of my money!

Filed in January I was told the (and it's posted in window and *** NO CREDIT CHECK) advance did no require a credit check! It showed up on my credit as an inquiry for a loan; it was a hard pull! Now I receive a letter from IRS they are withholding my taxes due to inaccurate data entry and they have to verify my identity!! I was charged more than $700 for a hard pull on my credit (false advertising ) and bad data entry!!! I will not go back!

They unknowingly filed our taxes. Called to get a copy of what they filed for us because the information of the way it should have been filed with incorrect in the irs system. They informed me they cannot get any of the information that was filed they are Under New Management and ownership and are still under the same company name and the same Representatives work there that was there last year! It's bogus they have such bad ratings are trying to hide under new owner theory stay away they are sketchy just *** them.

Very satisfied customer, got 50 for filing, 100 for referring 2 friends and a much higher than expected refund!

I filed with spartan taxes for my 2016 tax return. the main reason why I went here was to get the $1500 cash advance I didn't think I would get approved since I have the worst credit but I did get approved. it was not based on credit and they were very professional!
